POLICIES
Returns & Exchanges
All standard items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALE. Due to the made-to-order nature of custom pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any customized items. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@allthefks.com with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders require an additional 5–10 business days for production. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. We ship domestically and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Terms & Conditions
Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and branding associated with ALLTHEFKS are the exclusive property of ALLTHEFKS. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written consent. By submitting a custom photo or reference image, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it. ALLTHEFKS is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted content. Custom Orders Disclaimer Custom pieces are artistic interpretations — not exact replicas. ALLTHEFKS retains full creative discretion over the final design while incorporating customer references. Facial likenesses, exact team logos, and trademarked imagery cannot be reproduced. All designs remain within the ALLTHEFKS visual style. Custom orders are final sale. No refunds or exchanges on personalized items. Limitation of Liability ALLTHEFKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. Privacy We collect only the information necessary to process your order — including name, email, shipping address, and payment details. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors). By placing an order, you agree to receive order-related communications. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Changes to Terms ALLTHEFKS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. For lost packages, please allow 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us. We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
Custom Order Proofs
All custom orders include one (1) digital proof revision before production begins. Additional revision rounds may incur an extra fee. By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for the final design. We are not liable for errors approved by the customer.
